Does this has something to do with my problem? The weird thing is that I haven't seen any error in the game, it just remains on the free trial without anything changed. Also as a side note I can't see my character in the lodestone or at the mog station at all. How long would it take, a couple of days or what? I thought it was instant. But today I see that nothing has changed at all. Someone from the support told me that because I brought the game yesterday it would probably be that the trial hasn't upgraded because it takes some time for it to do so. Contacted support 2 times and they said they couldn't really found the problem and they also confirmed that I have bought the game. Basically after I achieved level 60, I purchased the starter edition yet my trial hasn't upgraded at all to the full version, even though the site confirms I have the full version purchased. I can't seem to find if this problem happened to others.
